Getting DCED every 20 seconds to 2 minutes if not on a map with another player.

So I was playing three days ago (and a week before that) with no issues for like 5-6 hours and the next day when I logged in, I went to grind in dungeon and other lower pop areas and have been getting disconnected faster than I can say/type supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. I have no idea where this issue is coming from but it says unable to connect to game server (ONLY IN LOW POP/NON-POP MAPS) . I tried one of the workarounds but I have no idea why being on a map with no players is kicking me out every 20 seconds (tried it again after reinstalling, restarting pc, restarting my modem, and I'm still getting fucked). I'm unable to go into sewers, deep into the dungeon, other deep hidden streets unless there is 1-2 players there. No issues in cities, or less deep areas of maps like boars. No issues when with other players on the map (except once or twice so far).
Please help me fix this, I've been enjoying this MSPS and at this point its getting so frequent and frustrating it makes me want to just uninstall, quit, and move on.
I'm in USA,CA. Have NEVER EVER had this issue with any other private server I've played in the past 5 years. If anyone has a solution, I'm all ears.
Windows 10 Pro (not eligible for 11 and don't want their bloatware trash AI), Gaming laptop, T-Mobile internet thru ethernet.
