    Why do you think you got banned?:

    leveled the account to 21 as mage and then played other games. now i cant get in????? wassup with that

    which concerns would that be? i'll do my best to clear up any confusion you have.
    You know i think what you guys see as a concern is that i leveled up my account and then real life took over so i didn't play till i tried it this week, but i kept voting so i probaly have a good chunk of NX.
    You guys see a low lvl char with a decent amount of NX as weird. let me clear that up for you, we all like nice stuff so with the NX i saved up i can do gacha when im lvl 50, sell that and buy some decent FS or SCG.
    get a headstart on the later stages of the game.
    this isn't weird or suspicious, it's free money and an easy way to get a headstart.

    If there are any more concers do let me know so we can clear this up.

That said, we will not be elaborating further on our concerns, the inconsistencies in your story, other anomalies we have observed, and specific rules we know you have broken, as we do not wish to assist rule breaking players in becoming better at knowing what we do and do not notice, or evading detection. We ask questions of you that allow us to ensure we are making the correct decisions and not banning innocent players unfairly, but we are under no obligation to share specifics or evidence with you where doing so is not necessary to ensure a fair process. You already know the things you did to violate the ToS, and you do not need to know which of those things we have and have not been able to confirm.

    You will be remaining banned, and I am locking this now as the decision is final.
