Last thing you did: I was just ordinary playing, and I also logged into Nyamococo to help my sister gain some EXP.
Why do you think you got banned?: I believe it was flagged for Multi-voting (Vote Abuse). I was voting on multiple accounts using different networks, and then accessed them from my PC.

Hello MapleRoyals Staff,

I am writing this to sincerely apologize and appeal for the ban on my accounts.

To be completely honest with you, the cause of this ban was entirely due to my own ignorance. My sister owns the account "Nyamococo". Just for one day, I logged into her account from my PC simply to help her gain some EXP. However, because I had been voting on multiple accounts using different networks, the system flagged her account along with mine as Vote Abuse / Multi-voting.

This was entirely my fault, and my sister had absolutely nothing to do with the voting violation. She is completely innocent, and I feel terribly guilty that her character was banned because of my careless action.

I truly love this server and deeply regret violating the rules. I promise that I will never engage in multi-voting ever again.

If possible, I beg you to please consider unbanning at least my sister's account "Nyamococo" and my main account "Ponico". I am more than willing to accept the permanent ban or deletion of my sub-account "Sist" or any NX penalties you deem appropriate.

Subject: Request for Re-review: Detailed Explanation regarding the "macrobotting" accusation

Thank you for your response. However, I would like to sincerely request a re-review of my case, as I have never used any third-party macro software or automation tools. Everything was done 100% manually.

To be completely honest, I was playing while eating and reading a book, which led me to simply hold down the attack key with my finger in one spot for extended periods. I realize this might have triggered your automated macro detection.

However, as proof of my manual play, if you closely review my action logs, you will see that I wasn't just blindly holding the key forever. In this game, there is a limit to how many times you can cast skills in one spot before you must reposition. Whenever I reached that limit and could no longer attack, I would notice it, move my character to a new spot, and continue fighting.

Most importantly, the intervals between these movements and repositioning actions are not uniform or identical. A macro program would perform these actions at exact, robotic intervals, but my logs will show natural, inconsistent human reaction times.

I deeply care about this game and my character, and I would never risk using forbidden tools. I kindly ask you to look into the intervals and movement logs once more with this context in mind.

While I accept your final decision regarding my account, I must express my deep regret over how this matter was handled.

My previous inquiry was a legitimate question submitted in good faith as a member of the community. It is disappointing that this was interpreted as an attempt to gather information for malicious purposes, and that a permanent ban was enforced without presenting any concrete, objective evidence to support the accusation.

Since a constructive dialogue is no longer possible, I will respect your decision and refrain from further contact. I hope that in the future, the management team will consider adopting a more factual and evidence-based approach when handling user inquiries and enforcement actions.
