Hi,

I would like to appeal against the permanent ban. I acknowledge I failed to adhere to the terms and condition upon returning to the game. For my own convenience and lazy sake, instead of creating a new account, I conveniently asked for my wife’s account.

Upon logging in my wife’s account, I was still undecided whether to play a hero or paladin, hence I logged in her ice mage, ign: goandsleep, level 102, to try the skills (which I logged in for less than an hour).
After finally deciding to play a hero, I created a warrior, goflykite, a similar ign starting with “go” to honour her account. I played till 48 and stopped and ended up changing to a Paladin instead, creating the ign gogopala, which I solely trained and bought leeching services myself till 125. My wife has quit this game back in 2020 and has not logged in since.

I have read through the terms and conditions in the forums and I noted that accounting sharing is a permanent ban offence, subjected to staff’s discretion.

Under the appendix s/n 10: Account sharing, there are 8 scenarios which results in a permanent ban and I believe I have not infringed any of them:

Using power-levelling services;
Two or more people taking turns in levelling up a character (i.e. training); nil
Logging onto someone else's character in order to leech your own; nil
Removing items from or deleting someone else's character; nil
Giving an account with a high-levelled character on it to someone else; nil
Committing a bannable offence (other than just account sharing) on someone else's account; nil
Wasting Staff time by lying about the account sharing; nil
Sharing your account details with multiple people. Nil

Regarding the appeal outcome, I will respect and honour the staff’s decision as it was my mistake to begin with. Thank you
