    Good morning. I just tried to log in and received the error message mentioned in the title. I had actually been waiting for a response to a whitelist request so I could play without issues alongside my wife—something that wasn't possible even during the event, as I couldn't access the boss fight at the same time as her, among other problems. I understand the situation and wasn't upset; I was just waiting for the whitelist approval—which I’ve been waiting for since I submitted the request on June 1st. I’ve been told the ban is due to "account sharing"—specifically, using multiple accounts named ferponmule, ferponmule2, and ferponmule3. However, according to your own rules—and even the message that appears when creating a new character—having multiple accounts is allowed. So, why am I being banned?

    so whats the trouble? i can only use 1 acc for household? cuz u had to changue your rules....
    Although I think the problem will be how long they take to respond, because I'm still waiting for an answer regarding the whitelist...
    By the way, I'm connecting my account on my phone so I can check for your response regarding the whitelist.
    u say something about acc sharing, i cant play whit my phone XD

    We take however long we need to take to answer whitelist applications. We have many and they can take time to investigate and clearly they yield results based on our findings with you.

    You are allowed to create as many accounts as you want. You are also allowed to log into as many of your accounts as you want at the same time. What you are not allowed to do is log into someone else's accounts which you did.

    what acc?? i only sign in my accounts...
    on my household only my wife and me play.... ferpon and ferbi account
    i take a ss and i put it on whitelist more than 1 month ago

    Yes and you were signed into both accounts at the same time on the same computer. If you’re going to play dumb I’ll just close your appeal.

    same pc? we had the same IP do u know that?
    if u want it, we can play at the same time on the 2 diff PC we got
    she only play when the cakes respawns.....

    i dont do it... thats the reason i try to apply on whitelist}
    i only use my mules acc on the same PC, multiclient...
    if u see it, im lvl the two mules at the same time

    Well then maybe your wife was the one who logged into your account(s) at the same time. Either way, you are both permanently banned for account sharing.

    I have no need to lie; if that were really the case, I would constantly be boosting my wife's account—something I don't do because I remember the rules forbid it, as everyone is responsible for their own account. i really love the server.... i always be online xD

    So, we could have multiple accounts, but only one person per household could play? The rules would need to be adjusted.
