IGN: drEnerex Problem and details : I have 3x 13th Anniversary box wanting to accumulate and open all at once before anniversary ends as it doesn't indicate having an expiration time or date. However after having it for 2 days, 3rd day yesterday it seems to strangely not found in my use tab anymore not sure why. I definitely believe did not use/open up. Kindly assist any help would be appreciated!! Cheers !
Hi Dave, Im only able to recall is the 2nd and 3rd day of the anniversary event which is most likely 3rd and 4th July, timing wise is most likely between afternoon of 3rd July to afternoon of 4th July GMT+8. Thus it's within 24 hours of 3rd July 4am UTC to 4th July 4am UTC +/- approximately. Appreciate it for the kind assistance !
Not seeing any other similar reports from the community, including my buddies + guildmates, did any of your buddies or guildmates face similar issue?
I will be keeping the boxes in my inventory for awhile to see if it disappears, before forwarding this issue to the Admins for confirmation If you recall any special details related to the incident, you may update this thread
As no one else have reported similar issues, I believe you have used it but do not recall doing so Will be requesting Admins to verify it
there's no expiration code on these boxes and the described issue hasn't been replicated by anyone else so unfortunately we think you may have misremembered what happened to them or you may have had them on another character
Hi Dave and Tim, thank you guys for assisting on this nonetheless! Yes that might have happened oh well! Anyway it's all good now as I have been opening the box straight away once I collected it!
