My girl went out of town last weekend. She's not a fan of ribs so I made some friends and I 2 slabs (8 lbs) and we barely had a half of one left lol. Used a Memphis style Rub that I made myself, then slow cooked them on the grill for ~4 hours and ofcourse, rice and corn.

My so called dinner for today! Feta cheese salad with tzaitiki, fried onion and mushrooms, pork sirloin with béarnaise and corn of course! To top it off for today, I had to clean and cut these lovely strawberries and put them into the freezer.. Kinda boring
