Hi, I'm having a similar issue. There is no lag, I'm able to access my character and get into the game, but every few minutes (or even sometimes in under a minute) the game crashes with no error message. I have my firewall (Webroot) disabled, so I'm not sure what the issue could be. Any ideas?

    * Can you try disable your antivirus and firewall
    * Restart your PC and internet devices

Could you try login from another computer or login with another internet connection like using your phone.

I tried disabling both as well as restarting my PC and the problem still occurred. I only have one laptop so I can't try accessing from another. Sorry, I know this situation doesn't provide much information.

This sounds like a problem with your internet, You should call your ISP and see if they have anything blocking the connection, might be they have some firewall setting that causes problems, or you might have a firewall with your modem that causes trouble.

That would probably be correct, but I tried it at my friend's house with the same result. I use Comcast, and when I had MapleRoyals in the past this wasn't an issue. Whatever it is, it's something new, because I'm using the same client still...

Yes she does. Do you know how I would go about checking to see if I am being booted by my ISP? I'm not really sure how to find that information...

Well if you have a phone you could try access the internet from it just to see if there is the same problem.

Other than that all I can think off is calling your ISP and asking them if they are blocking your connection maybe have some firewall settings, doesn't have to mention what game just that they SHOULD FIX IT ASAP.

    Problem solved!
So, despite me deactivating my firewall and antivirus, it turns out my antivirus was secretly working in the background. I selected the mapleroyals.exe file and put it into the allowed files list, and now the game is running fine. I'll update if something else goes wrong, but it's working great so far!

    Update:
I use Webroot, and the problem has started happening again. I have no idea what's going on anymore. I contacted Comcast and they said it was because my internet connection wasn't strong enough, but I know for a fact that isn't true because there's no lag and then it suddenly boots me. I know what lag looks like, and I'm also fine streaming video, so it can't be that...

It could be that webroot is the problem, I would disable it fully and then stop using it.

Also there is very little chance that your connection is not strong enough, unless you have like a 1 mbit/s connection.
