unable to connect to the server?

I have no idea why I can't log in.
I freeze every time I click my character. It's been like this for two days. I tried to re install but still the same. I even used another computer to log in still the same.

 

I spoke to him on the chat box about this issue but I'm not too sure the cause of it. When he tries to select his character, it freezes and displays a "cannot connect to server" message and bring him back to the login screen.

@johnnyjoey , the admins / GMs might know better what is going on. @Egonics pls see Thanks.

 

Can you try click on another character if you only have one create a new one.

Do you have Hamachi, Hotspot Shield, Microsoft Loopback adapter installed?

If you have any other network adapters you need to disable them too
or if you use any other VPN software to try and hide your IP you need to turn it off/disable it.
