Lack of official rules regarding map ownership

    Hello :)

    I recentley started training at GS and apparentley ~mapowner is a real thing, yet there are official written rules in-game or on the forum regarding this subject.
    Could a GM please clarifiy what it means to own a map and how it affects the player?

    I don't know what there is to say. If you own the map, you decide who gets to stay on the map. The command exists to prevent kill stealing and makes it easy for all parties to know who owns the map and who is kill stealing.

    Great post Shay I do agree it requires a level of knowledge that isn't apparent to people who are just starting to interact with this particular private server.
