Cannot enter the game

i downloaded the game at my friends house. i turned off both antivurs and firewall before installing.

when i tried to enter the game (after pressing the .exe) it loaded for a few seconds (nothing happened) and then there was the "unable to connect to server" error.


its on windows 7 64 bit.

Yes. i did open it as adminastor and it had the same result. how to check if it has permission to access the internet? (if its not the issue then i have no idea what is).

 

its been a while and whatever i did i still cannot enter the game. i simply get that error @unable to connect to server..@

 

You have to give more information than that.

When does it happen?

 

after clicking the mapleroyals.exe . i am still unable to get into the game (it didnt work yet).

 

I'm assuming "@unable to connect to server..@" that message.

Could be you have some antivirus program/firewall blocking your connection start by disabling them.

Also download the client: http://www.filedropper.com/mapleroyals
and replace the one in your mapleroyals folder.

 

i checked it already. disabled both firewall and antivirus. still getting that error.
