When I had windows 7 everything was just fine, now I'm with windows 8.1 and everytime I select a character the game crash with a certain error. Yes, I've tried to unblock the game trough firewall settings (windows and my antivirus). And no I don't have Hamachi (I do have Utorrent but I don't think that its the source of this issue). I have not played mapleRoyals for a while so its possible that my account got a ban for not playing enough? Also this issue happends to me with other accounts... Please I have absoulutly no idea what to do!!!
Can you try login with another computer using the same network. No you don't get banned for not playing enough.
