tried everything cant open the game

    "we are unable to connect to the login server due to a server check a firewall block maplestory"
    im new so the game hes never worked before
    windows 7

    ive tried:
    - shutdown the firewall and it didnt worked
    - reinstel the game with same download
    - reinstel with a new download
    - didnt find the "microsoft loopback"
    - disable the local area connection
    - download WzMss.dll file
    - download windows cliant and replace the regular exe
    - changing the compatibility mode (all options)

    pls help.. im desperate

    Try uninstall any antivirus you have on your computer.
    If you have Microsoft security essentials uninstall it.

    You can also try changing the compatibility mode on the mapleroyals.exe

    Right click the client (mapleroyals.exe) > properties > compatibility tab > run program in compatibility mode for> select a compatibility mode> apply.

    The compatibility modes I would have tried are windows 98/ Windows me and all the Windows XP options.

    EDIT: Try downloading the windows client from here and replace the one in your mapleroyals folder.

    include nod32? and i does not have Microsoft security essentials

    Yeaa I would try uninstall it, usually people put in an exception for the client in the antivirus and it helps but for some their antivirus has ignored it and still kept it maple blocked.

    If you have the option to login from another computer at home, that would help a lot to see if the problem is with your computer or your internet.

    yeaa from that page the Windows client, sometimes it happens that antiviruses or trouble with the download can get the client corrupted.

    No problem :D check back when you tried with another computer.

    ive tried with another computer (same net) didnt work :(
    and then tried to shutdown the router and plug in agin and tried agin both computers..
    i think something is wrong with my computers/net cuz everyone i saw tried 2/3 things and the problem is fixed

    It sounds like a problem with your network, the easiest way would be to call your ISP and see if they could switch your IP or if they have any firewall from their side blocking your connection.

    i asked and there is no any firewall or antivirus or something and about the ip they cant change it. its change auto every 3-6 months
    gues i cant play.. but if u got any other ideas i would love to try

    maybe the manger icon (the shild icon) is aproblem?

    All I can think off is either you have any network adapters causing the problem or you have some VPN program to hide your ip.

    Shouldn't be the client since you tried with another computer
    you can download it again and replace the one in the folder to try.

    Can you try copy and paste the folder to your desktop someone with a similar problem did it and it worked.

    tried to copy paste the folder did not worked so i gave up on my computer
    and ive got my laptop again and tried, at the first time maple worked
    but its not same net so i hope when ill come back home maple still gonna work
