Solved [Solution Given] Unable to acces website & connect to the game

    Hello everyone! I need a bit of help. I have not been able to access the Royals website all day or connect to the game at all on my laptop or phone. I'm suspecting something is wrong with my wifi, because when I switch to Data on my phone I am able to access the website. I have already tried restarting my router to no avail. Does anyone know what's wrong? Please help!

    Try changing the dns settings on your internet adapter to Google's public Dns server . which is 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
    I had a problem like that before and changing the dns settings to this fixed it for me

    If you think it's cause of your wifi use a cable?

    Clear your browser cache.
    Do a DNS flush in cmd.

    Seems to be a problem with your modem/ISP.

    I don't know why this happens, so I would say call your ISP and ask if they have a firewall messing with you and maybe ask for an IP change, for some switching the IP have solved similar problems.

    I've had similar problems before where I just couldn't connect to the game (on those occasions I didn't check if I could access the website so I'm not sure if it's exactly the same) & usually the problem just fixed itself within the next 30 minutes or so. I'm not really sure why in this instance it's lasted the entire day.

    Nope not at all. I've been able to use my laptop/phone for everything else that I normally do. I'm only having problems with anything Royals related.

    The guy she was talking to made sex with the servers and voila, a miracle was born. No more issues. (She got no clue either what he did but I'm expecting like a removal of blacklist of certain IP.)

    Im actually not sure what he did.

    I chatted online with a Verizon customer server representative, I specified that I was not able to access a website/game that I've had access to every day up until then & he said he was going to do some kind of reset that would fix any glitches. My internet went out for 2-3 minutes & afterwards it was able to work again.
