    * Disable any network adapters and VPN programs you are using
    * Restart both your PC and modem.
    * Disable your antivirus, firewall, any other programs with a firewall
    * Re install mapleroyals with your antivirus and firewall disabled
    * Uninstall your antivirus completely and try again

    Still facing a problem

    * Use another computer with your network to connect
    * Use your computer and connect to a different network, like your phone.

Hello, i dont know which platform u are on (windows/mac) but if none of the above tips from Egonics worked, and the problem ISN'T because of the server itself (downtime etc.)

    then this may help:

Rightclick ur mapleroyals shortcut and go to properties, click on advanced and set 'run as administrator' then click ok to confirm.
also go to the compatibility tab and select: Run this program in compatibility mode for: windows XP Service Pack 2 or 3, or windows 98.
and where it says: privilege level also select 'run as administrator' and click apply to confirm it.

This may also help eliminate any future disconnection problems or example during boss-runs.

You guys aren't understanding the situation... This has nothing to do with my computer. The problem takes place on the transition between the login button and selecting a world. All of your suggestions would effect my client before the client even starts. This is a problem on the servers side the I myself CANNOT fix.

I would have suggested making this thread under character issues so I could better look into your physical account. Could you tell me your IGN?

I didn't understand the full situation as you had not fully explained that in your original post. I'm assuming you've gone through the troubleshooting guide already?
-> Have you attempted what Egonics suggested, via using a phone network (hotspot) to see if it's your connection?
