Not Bug Can't trade or drop my NX cape

I tried trading and dropping my NX cape but it wouldn't let me. It doesn't say untradable. But it aint working dont know whats up.

 

Unequip the cape then change channel and it will work.

 

using the 'Sort thru Item Type' button after unequipping the NX item also works

 

I tried ccing hasnt worked. I tried relogging hasnt worked and I tried the last thing doesnt work
