TABLE OF CONTENTS 1. Geting There 2. Getting Started a) Stage 1 b) Stage 2 c) Stage 3 d) Stage 4 e) Stage 5 f) Stage 6 g) Bonus Room3. Reward List First things first. Go get hitched. If you need help, refer to this guide. http://royals.ms/forum/threads/how-to-get-married.2271/ GETTING THERE Make your way to Hennesys and talk to Thomas Swift. Head to the South-East portal of Amoria and continue heading East until you reach Amos. On your way there you will encounter Snails, Shrooms, Dark Celions, Crystal boars, and Indigo Eyes which will play a part in your entrance into the Party quest. GETTING STARTED To gain entrance to the Party Quest, you need to speak with Amos and obtain a ticket from him. You can get a ticket (only one at a time) by exchanging 10 Blue Lip Lock Keys found from ONLY the Crystal Boars and Indigo Eyes you ran into on the way here. Once you have a ticket, you can enter the APQ waiting room. FORMING A PARTY You will definitely want higher level players for obvious reasons but when forming a party (minimum of 6) you need at LEAST one male/female. The reason as to why will be explained later. Tip: when up against balrog's white form, holy damage is neutered only letting you hit 1's so don't stack your party with priests and bishops. PLAYING THE GAME <<<<<<Stage 1>>>>>>The first stage is the only stage that you really need a mix of genders. In this stage you will have to head down to the respected gender's sides (Girls = Left) (Boys = Right) by heading through one of these three portals that Amos will spawn after the Party Leader talks to him. Once through, head to your gender's side by walking to the hidden portal at the rock on either the left or right side and and defeat ALL monsters in the area before advancing. After all the monsters on both sides are dead, the leader can talk to the Glimmer Man to spawn "the boss" (an extremely weak yet annoying Fairie) which usually spawn right under the mirror. Once defeated, it will drop a Golden Hammer which whoever killed can pick up (it's preferred if you just give this to the leader right away). This Hammer is then dropped in front of the mirror to break it. The glass shard that pops out of the now broken mirror is used to progress to Stage 2 by talking to Amos once again. <<<<<<Stage 2>>>>>>This stage is fairly simple. It consists of 3 ropes in the air that everyone (excluding the leader) hangs on. The idea of this is fairly close to KPQ and LPQ. Everyone starts off on the first rope (5-0-0). When you get a big X on the screen, the leader and only the leader will get a hint as to where to go next and then call out combinations; for example: 3-1-1 which means 3 people on the left string, 1 in the middle, and 1 on the right. If that's wrong and the leader calls out another set, 2-1-2 that means 2 left, 1 middle, 2 right, and so on and so forth. If you somehow mess up and get the combination wrong 7 times in a row, the combo will then reset. <<<<<<Stage 3>>>>>>Stage 3 is more of a trial and error basis. There will be 9 podiums (4 top[A2B3], 5 bottom[C6D95]). The idea is to, again, get the right combo like KPQ or LPQ. What happens is as soon as you enter, 4 people get to the top podiums while 1 stays down and starts on C. C will then move across all 5 podiums while each podium gets checked by the leader (by talking to Amos). When a podium is checked, a certain amount of slimes will spawn. YOU have to count them in order to figure out which bottom podiums are correct. Example: All 4 on top, guy is on C. 3 spawn. = 3 Right A 2 B 3 [X] [X] [X] [X] [X] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] C 6 D 9 5 Guy moves to podium6 and 3 spawn. = 3 Right A 2 B 3 [X] [X] [X] [X] [ ] [X] [ ] [ ] [ ] C 6 D 9 5 Guy moves to podium D, 2 spawn. = 2 Right A 2 B 3 [X] [X] [X] [X] [ ] [ ] [X] [ ] [ ] C 6 D 9 5 Guy moves to podium9, 3 spawn. = 3 Right A 2 B 3 [X] [X] [X] [X] [ ] [ ] [ ] [X] [ ] C 6 D 9 5 Guy moves to podium5, 2 spawn. = 2 Right A 2 B 3 [X] [X] [X] [X] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [X] C 6 D 9 5 When counting, this is known as 3-3-2-3-2. This means that Podium C, 4 and 5 are correct because those numbers were the only ones that changed throughout. EXCEPTION: You can get all 1's on the bottom. That just means all of the bottom podiums are correct. Once you have figured out the bottom row, the podiums that were right, people will then stand on. In this case, only 3 were right on the bottom row which means the other 2 people stay up top and shuffle across while checking wrongs and rights. it should look like this. A 2 B 3 [X] [X] [ ] [ ] [X] [X] [ ] [X] [ ] C 6 D 9 5 A 2 B 3 [X] [ ] [X] [ ] [X] [X] [ ] [X] [ ] C 6 D 9 5 A 2 B 3 [X] [ ] [ ] [X] [X] [X] [ ] [X] [ ] C 6 D 9 5 A 2 B 3 [ ] [X] [ ] [X] [X] [X] [ ] [X] [ ] C 6 D 9 5 A 2 B 3 [ ] [ ] [X] [X] [X] [X] [ ] [X] [ ] C 6 D 9 5 TIP: When counting (usually the leader), kill the slimes with a single monster type attack. That way if slimes are jumping together, you don't mob them resulting in a wrong number count which gets extremely frustrating for everyone. <<<<<<Stage 4>>>>>>This stage is easy to explain. All the leader needs to progress this round is a collective of 50 buttplugs dropped from the mobs in this stage. That's it. <<<<<<Stage5>>>>>>This is another easy to explain, mundane style stage. All you do is run to the right and break open gates. IMPORTANT: Everyone can run if they want but only ONE PERSON can attack a gate at a time or else the server gets angry and kicks you all out. <<<<<<Stage 6>>>>>>Good Job! You made it to the Boss Stage. Balrog has been waiting. Now FINISH HIM! Once you kill him, he shall drop a fang. Give it to your leader so he/she can progress. <<<<<<Bonus Room>>>>>>Break open as many boxes as you can to obtain some pretty rewards. Rewards: Onyx Apple 60% Gloves for Attack 30% Cape for INT 30% Cape for LUK 30% Cape for DEX 30% Cape for STR 10% Helmet for HP Amorian Relaxer Pineapple Chew Rice Cookie Amorian Basket Reindeer Milk Grape Juice Various Minerals Amos' Royal Cape
I usually like when the one who killed the fairy uses the hammer to destroy the mirror and gives me the mirror piece. I really prefer this one to follow, well I'm used to it This is wrong it should be 3-3-3-2-2 2-2-2-2-1 4-4-3-3-3 Then there is one where all stays the same usually either all top are correct or all are wrong top, it's very rare.
Thank you for correcting me with the Podium Combo. Fixed it. It was also just an example. It wasn't showing every single possible solution. With the glass breaking, I just like it when they give me the hammer initially because some people don't really understand what they're doing. If I'm with an experienced team, I'll let them do their own thing, but if not, I'd prefer to get it right away to save some time during the run. Most of this is personal preference but as long as I can get people to figure out the fundamentals, they can do whatever they want once they become more knowledgable.
I think you missed changing it to 3 correct platforms and an extra X on the examples. It's a good guide! and it's needed.
Can someone explain stage 2 carefully to me, and I think the next time I don't need use this picture, I just carve it directly into my mind and understand it.Like OPQ.
I would also kinda wanna know what levels are recommended minimum. I don't wanna waste my APR NX until I know I can do APQ properly ^^
40 I believe is the lowest you can enter, it may be 35 though. Really, you can join at the lowest level and still be viable in the PQ, as long as you have enough attackers in the party for the final stage before bonus. Just let people know your level beforehand, most won't mind taking you as long as they're not desperate for attackers.
