Solved [Solution Given] Log-in error (new user)

    Hey all,

    Nostalgia for ms from the good ol' days brought me here. I just registered and verified my account and for some reason I can log into forum but not on the main website.

    When I return to home, it says my username/password is incorrect and refreshes my page and logs me out.

    I tried logging in within the client and it also says my username/password is incorrect.

    Can someone help please?

    That's weird, if you are sure you put in the correct information it could be cause of an error when you downloaded it.

    Uninstall the game in the control panel and re install it.

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Is my process correct? My process was to install the MSRoyals Setup into a folder in my documents.

    It's also on the website, I can't log in on the website but I can through MSRoyals forum for some reason

    The website uses your in game account information.
    I'm not sure why this happens, it could be you have some antivirus program that caused problem to the client.

    If you could disable your antivirus and only re install the client onto your desktop then drag it into your mapleroyals folder and replace.

    How did you get it to work the first time? it's the same client.

    Is you account username and password might be different than your forum username and password? If so and you're trying to use the same one that could the the issue. (If it's the same don't tell us, we don't want anyone trying to hack you!)
