Hello, I simply can't load MapleRoyals' webpage or forum, and also can't get into the client (It says there's a server check or a problem caused by my antivirus). It's this way for almost 10 hours I think. It happened suddenly as I didn't change anything in my computer and didn't even shut it down. It might be something with my ISP, but I also wanted to check if you might know anything about it and what could have caused it. Thanks in advance :)
(Using my phone with 3G in order to view the forum)

EDIT: After talking to my ISP I can now connect to MapleRoyals' forum and website, but the client still says there's a servercheck.

Unfortunately I really have no idea, you should wait for Andreas to reply for your thread. He knows everything :)

Haha the client itself doesn't work though, still says theres a servercheck / problem with antivirus. very weird.

    * Try restarting your modem
    * Disable your antivirus and firewall
    * 1 person had razor synapse installed which has it's own firewall, weird cause it's a program for the mouse ~f3

This is either your connection blocking you or your computer.

    * Can you try using your phones 3g with your computer and see if you still get that message, if you do, it's probably your computer.
    * Same works with another computer and your network.

    Hey Andreas :D
I tried using my 3G to get in the game and it worked, so it's something with my ISP again or with my modem.
Do you have any idea what it could be ? Because it doesn't block royals.ms adress, only the game itself.

Have you tried restarting the modem?
There should also be a reset button, which might help.

There isn't much I can help with, everything points towards your connection/ISP being the problem.

Does the game have a different adress than royals.ms ?
Like, an adress I could ping for example so I can give it to my ISP ?

The server and website has the same IP, "royals.ms"

It doesn't make much sense then, since the website is working just fine :o

It's your connection, possibly your computers settings. maybe wifi etc...

I don't believe there is anything else causing it, since you can play with your 3g.

Contacted my ISP and told them to try changing my IP, and it helped :)
