ID Not registered

I was banned about a week ago Doing CPQ for exploiting i know i should not have done it but i couldnt help my self anyway i got banned for it so that's karma the ban was until Dec 6 3:30am when i tried logging in today it says that my ID is not Registered but i can log in the website Ive tried making a new account to see if it would work i got the same msg i don't know what else to do i'm not sure if its because of the banned because i saw on a post saying to ban then unban the account i'm not sure if that works Please Msg Back ASAP Thanks.
