The game cannot get to login screen

    Hello,

    IGN: 1LoveSoly1
    Problem: Cannot get to the login screen
    Details:
    for 2 days i cant get to the login screen, it gives me the error "we unable to connect...",
    i checked if its the firewall or the internet connection or the compatibility, and its not because of that.


    it happened to my girlfriend to, Her char is Jemma

    but the problem is even before the characters, i cant get to the login screen.
    the game wont start.

    Can you try and disable your firewall and antivirus.

    Just to be clear this happens when you try to start the game?

    EDIT: Restart your modem and any other internet devices.

    Please help....some one have another ideas? i tried to reinstall the game, and still the same problem.

    I know that this is my third post, but no one trying to fix this problem anymore.

    It's possible this was caused by the server check a few days ago and should fix itself.
    You could try switching DNS like using googles.

    It's most likely your connection then, you said it started very close to the full reboot, it might take time if your ISP is slow.
