Closed Can't log on the main website.

I keep getting an error whenever I try to log into the main site. It says "Incorrect username or password" no matter how many times I try. I can log onto the game fine, though.

 

Is your password more than 12 characters long?

 

I am unable to log in to the main website as well. My password is longer than 12 characters.

 

Enter your first 12 characters into the control panel then login if you password is 15 characters only put in 12.

Then change it.
