    Shouldn't the people who signed up for the 9th August one have priority over those who signed up earlier but for the 8th August one (which doesn't seem to be happening)? You have no guarantee from them that they can make it on the 8th (unless they signed up again indicating they can make it on the 9th), and I only signed up cos I can only make it for the 9th but not the 8th. @mkn @Sweep

    Some doubt as Yiks'. I am not sure if they read the date wrongly or what. After all, the decision is upon you organizers and I will eagerly accept it.

    Please confirm if you can make the 9th of august run.

    The way we choose people is just by who signs up first when a run is updated.

    Also I didn't know that the 8th of august run existed so it may be a typo. If they can not make it then you two @Yiks @GallantBlade will be up next to replace them.

    @Yiks if we can't find a drk by tomorrow ish and the people in my party don't really need hb. You will have the last slot.

    Yeah the 8th of August run was probably a typo, just that I remember distinctively seeing it and not signing up cos I can't make it on the 8th. So I'd have signed up earlier if I knew that the 8th was a typo and meant to be 9th instead. Nevertheless, thanks for the clarification and keep us posted on the team's decision, appreciate it!
