Solved [Solution Given] Can't keep pressing shift

    Hello

    I am using Windows 10 .. while i am training i was pressing shift all the time also ctrl and other buttons then a warning appeared

    I tried press Yes and now everything is slow for example i can't jump a lot ... i prees ALT one time then i need to wait second to do alt again its very annoying

    Please if you know how to solve the problem help me

    You can disable them and their shortcut.
