Why do you think you got banned?: How do I know? It said Mob Vac. If I've been using Mob Vac why I have to wait until I'm level 24. I would've use it when I start playing the game while looking for hack. The possible reason I can think of is the lag that threw me off, because I was spamming jump to dodge the snake and attacked most of them. So, they all gathered together that might cause Mob Vac. Why I attacked a lot of them instead of 1? It because I am a GUNSLINGER that use range.

You haven't done yourself any favours by trying to ban evade by making a new account using a different ip.

 

If u mean by the [Don't post account names on the forum!] of course I want to use different ip to play. But, I did not know it was an ip ban for [Don't post account names on the forum!]. So, I created a new account just to start over again since it only level 24, it only take me 8 hours to get to that level. After I keep trying to log in, I thought it might be some errors of my computer that blocking the login. I disable firewall, malwarebyte, and avg to log in again. In the end, still froze on log in screen. I restart my computer same thing happen. Lastly, I tried unplug my modem and and replug I was able to log on [Don't post account names on the forum!]. I was happy about it. But then later on it got disconnect and have to start over again. So, I gave up and do this ban appeal thing. I did not know that [Don't post account names on the forum!] was used to log in with different address. My internet service is At&t. They have a problem is that when it disconnected and reconnected later the ip address might change. If you use At&t internet service then you will understand the situation of how many times At&t have disconnection problem.

 

One more thing. My friends introduced to me this game and I did not know ip address change would be one of the policy, since it a private server.All I know is public server is definitely one of the policy rules for it. I only know about this game in game for about 8 hours and I did not read the rules in forum. Many gamers like me will just play the game right away when downloaded instead of going to read forum.

"Didn't read the rules" is not an acceptable excuse for anything.

 

Sigh... I don't why you keep throwing me all the mistakes that I did instead of helping me resolving the wrong banned of monster vac. Reading the rules is not relevant to monster vac banned. So, if I don't read the rules I will banned because of that? Then maybe you should have made the agreement program works better. For example, for players to agree the term they have to click the check box and the small window of the policy rules will pop up. Once they close it or scroll down then have a quiz base on policy rules, then it will automatically check the box(If you are thinking that I'm acting all mighty and cocky that know the stuff, It because I study Computer Science). I'm going to be honest here, tons of people just agree without reading because they just want to get through the registration faster, so they can dive into the game and play (that's the fact you can't deny that). All I need to know is that all games policy rules are based on the same thing. No hack/harass/spamming/language/share account. Then tell me just because I did not read the rules and just checked the box is not acceptable for me to play the game. Then that mean everyone don't deserve to make any registration on any website then. The people that playing on your server, you really expect every each of those player right now really did read the rules? There are no way you will know unless they say it. If my "DIDN'T READ THE RULES" is more huge problems than my "WRONGED BANNED MONSTER VAC". Then you should go hunt the player that did not read the rules then. All I wanted is to resolve the ban of monster vac and play the game and that it. Why make things more complicate. If I did hack, you can find the evidence that I did hack, then okay I deserve the perm ban. If I did not hack and got banned for no reason and don't have the evidence of me hacking, then okay help me fix it. But, you didn't, you just have to add another problem and another. I'm just stating my opinion, don't take it as offense, I know you are doing your job but yea keep it simple if can.

Legit players don't change their ip to ban evade. Quickly changing your ip after being banned suggests very strongly that you've had previous experience (here or on another private server) of deliberate ban evading. Also, our mob vac detector is very rarely wrong. Your ban will remain.
