Hi, my friend told me he was banned and I am writing this appeal as he does not know how to write or talk in english. He would like to know why he got banned as he does not recall having done anything wrong. Information would really be appreciated as he is really woried. Thank you very much.

Seeing as Hernan must have some connection to Golduck.

 

No. My friend is from Peru, the same as me. He was using his account yesterday normally and suddenly this happens. We have no connection to the Golduck person and we can testify 100% with the truth. For us this is very serious as he has put alot of effort into his account and suddenly they ban him when he has been playing cleanly for so many months. I believe that the GM and administrators alike in this server have to look for a fair punishment for each individual. This punishment was not to be sent onto my friend, it is because some latinos feel that they are being discriminated, I dont believe this but I hurts me and all the peruvian community that there are so many problems with us. My friend and I are extremely discontent with this misunderstanding and we are looking for at least fairness in this situation. Straight ban, no explanation what so ever and then associate us with the IGN Golduck is unacceptable. Please listen to our plea for justice even if this is just a game, we reflect our attitude on our expectations and joys that we have had on this server. We deply respect the admins and this server has brought us all good memories but this is as I said before unacceptable. We are clean players, we do not want to be harmed by the actions of a player that has done something wrong which we do not even know what it was and furthermore be punished in his place.

So if your friend is not Golduck, can you explain how his account has the exact same MAC address and IP address associated with it as Golduck? This IP/MAC combo has been logging into Hernan and Golduck's accounts consistently since July 28, so the accounts weren't hacked either.

Either that, or Hernan has been account sharing with Golduck.

 

Mr. John. Firstly Hernan hasnt used his account in 1 month and he just started using it 1 week ago. Secondly, you refuse to acknowledge the fact that he can be the victim and has been hacked? I hope you dont just speculate that because Golduck can access his account this means that my friend is associated with him. I hope you can further back up your argument and prove that my friend was not hacked, and also prove that he is sharing and breaking the rules when he clearly has not been playing and just came back 1 week ago. He entered today to find this, still no good explanation. Once again, I can assure you that we do not know such a Golduck. We peruvians are closed in our group and we know each other very well to tell you that Golduck is not one of ours. MAC address is the wifi network the person uses and the IP comes with the computer he uses, if Golduck is using his account then therefore obviously they would have the same MAC address and the same IP of access. It is obvious, your argument does not prove that my friend shares an account or is this IGN: Golduck person.

Please add more substance to your argument as it is a 2 way sword. We latinos do no disturb your peace Mr. Admin and friends. I never complain out of my right, nor does my friend. Please be more careful with your evidence as this does not prove anything against my friend but actually shows your neglect on the fact that he could have been hacked. On our side we believe he was hacked but on your side it is still a possibility to be considered instead of accusing a normal royal player so suddenly.

Once again I appreciate your time. I repeat if it were not because of this problem being in our right to be solved I would not be insisting so much. I am not a hypocrite nor is my friend. I am sure this Golduck person did something wrong, presumably by the way you are talking has hacked or done something that is not pardonable in to TOS. But I can assure you that truly my friend has done nothing wrong. If you are maintain the ban please give me evidence he has done something, one that is one sided and not two. Also I recommend you to ban this Golduck person.

If I am allowed to give you a recommendation you should try and look at the IP that created both accounts and you will have a clearer direction that my friend is not associated with Golduck.

If that's true, he's been account-sharing since April. And before you suggest that this means he's been hacked, the other MAC addresses associated with his account have played on his account so regularly that it would be impossible for him not to have noticed in all that time and so many logins, unless he pays absolutely no attention to his level, items, Mesos or where he is when he logs in.

 

I dont know if he has shared is account, the only thing I can say is that he is not associated with this Golduck person and he has already told me and I believe him absolutely. He would not reach 180x to hack, it is unreasonable. Secondly he felt something was wrong and even changed his password but even after that it seems he has been accessed by another person. The truth is that he does not pay too much atention to his mesos, he says that the equips were alright just that his location was different and that is what he felt was wrong which is the reason why he changed his password.

If this cant be solved I wont ask for anything else, just that I feel its unfair for him to be treated like this. Thank you for your support, I have no compelling evidence, nobody has it so it falls within your decision to ban or to help in this situation. My friend has already resigned from the will to continue appealling so we are going to leave it to your criteria and believe you do it for the best.

Account sharing is against the rules.

You don't provide any useful information, you only say "I don't know"
and you claim he was hacked but it's not possible seeing the other person played on the same account for a very long time.

 

I tell you what I know. I am also aware that account sharing is against the rules, but I already told you that my friend said that he does not look at the mesos, he did not play in July, he did not see any levels going up, he did not see any changes in his equips. The only thing he noticed is that he was in a different map from what he remembered. I am telling you the truth, but if your useful information includes me to show you a video of him swearing on a bible that he did not account share I cant, im sorry. There is no possible evidence to prove that he did not share his account, there is only a relevant correlation and common sense that a lvl 180x would not share his account or hack. I also told you that the peruvian community of MapleRoyals does not know who this Golduck is, my friend doesnt even know how to speak in english which is why he asked me to help him out. How would he be able to share his account with someone he does not know from the country and furthermore share his account when he does not know any other language. Neither his side nor your side have any compelling evidence to be able to make a fair judgement and condemn or free him. That is why I said it is left in your criteria, whether he should continue banned or you will help him get his justice. At this point in time only the staff has the power to do this decision as we players can only obey. I understand perfectly your skepticism in this subject, I cannot completely blame your staff of negligence as you guys have people who are excusing themselves after doing something that is against the rules. Once again, the only thing I can say is that my friend is innocent and he is not lying, a person lvl 180x is not that stupid to do something like this, he does not understand other languages, and yes, even if it is hard to believe he did not notice any lvl up, no changes in mesos, no loss of equipment, just that he was in a different map. The problem with the different map was something he was not completely sure if it was just a confusion or if in fact he was hacked. He took preemptive measures which is why he changed his password, which seems to have later been accessed by the same person(Golduck). There is nothing else I can add, I am not god nor a person who videotapes his friend all day. I can only say bravely that we are clean players and we are the victims in this problem. As people say, justice is not always enforced, we just try our best to protect our interests and our rights. My friend already gave up as he always hear friends being treated in an innadecuate manner. I have been treated the same, I got hacked, all my equipment disappeared, my friend appealed for me, no answer and its been months. It was easy to locate as it had name tags yet the GM´s were unable to help. The only thing I could do was accept my fate, this game is full of unfair aspects but what can I do. I lost 2b worth of equipment and I decided to move on but now my friend is losing his lvl 180x bishop which he levelled with effort, worst of all, he was innocent. A victim of another players bad decisions and evil intentions. All we can do is leave it to you guys, if you guys want to help us you will ask us for more information, ways to help, ways to prove his innocence, etc. You guys will fill us up. But as I see it now, you guys want to close this case and move on, every single remark from your part has been aggressive, acussing, when we are desperate for help and justice. I cannot say anything else, you guys will know what you guys do, if it was wrong it will be your problem and not ours. We, as always will wait paciently for your response always hoping it is a positive one that may help us.

PD: I am writing all this, taking all this time because I know that we desire justice. If he were a hacker, or breaking any rules I would not defend him in this sort of manner. It is not worth it.

How would you know what country Golduck is from?
From what I can see Golduck is from Peru.

I find it very hard to believe that someone who plays so much to reach level 180 can't even remember equips, mesos, level but oddly remember the last map you was in?

Not sure why you constantly try to make this something against Latinos, it's very annoying and you keep saying how bad the staff handles everything
you are quite rude for not having any proof of anything you say.

Since you complain on you being hacked why didn't you make the report?

I think you are being offensive towards me, why accuse someone in this manner every remark has been aggressive. I live in South America, Im not a latino, I am asian and I came to South America some years ago. Once again I never said what country this person was from, I just said that people from the peruvian community do not know him. In no point in time have I stated the country Golduck is from, if you know he is from Peru then you can tell me which part he is from. That would help alot to get things settled with him but we do not know him. And the reason why this lvl 180 person does not remember his mesos and stuff is because I told you he took a 1 month break and just came back! I believe that he does not have to know everything, he does not memorize the amounts of the things he has. I havent said the staff handles everything badly, I am saying that lots of things have happened and it has been handled badly, I have been very polite in saying that I do not blame your decision as you cannot always know who is right or not, I am being quite respectful, I am merely stating the facts. The reason why I did not make a report is because my friend who sold me 1 of the equips being a 21 int bathrobe with the name tag LinLinBin, told me he could contact the staff for me. I believe he did, as he has always been honest with me as well, but he told me the staff never answered him with who had it, they would say they were still looking at the problem. I am not trying to prove anything with my misfortune, I am telling you why I have such strong feelings with him being treated incorrectly. Please read carefully and be more empathic, in his situation or in mine as a friend you would not be calm over your friend being perma banned. I know you Egonic, you are a good person because you have taken me to boss runs, by no means I want to offend you, I want this solved. And you say I am rude for not having any proof, and that is correct, I even admitted to you that nobody has any compelling proof. Not you, not me. I am just asking for you to think about the evidence I have presented to you and the logic behind it. I cant possibly have evidence, we dont take ss everytime we log off, nor do we vlog what we do. That is why I am asking you to believe us or to further investigate the problem instead of telling us to admit that we did something wrong. We did not, and we are proud of it, no matter what we say the truth. Even if you decide to condemn us we are still with the truth.

Egonic, if you think I am trying to be offensive I am really sorry. However you can check my other posts needing help or appealing. You can look at each one and pick out any comments being rude or racist or victimizing myself. I believe you wont find anything as I do not do those kind of things. I am an honest player, I respect you as a mapler but I am not liking how you are treating me. From the way you formulate your questions and how you are accusing me of being offensive now when I am just really desperate for help. If you guys dont have to help us, then close this thread. We look for help and justice not wasting time. We have lost our hopes of getting help as you guys are being really stubborn with what you have found and not thinking from our perspective.
