Hello, I went to log on tonight and I received a message that both of my accounts have been permanently banned. This is the error message received. This character is not on either of my accounts so I am confused as to why my accounts have been banned due to the actions of another character. I donate on this server and have made many friends and am nice to people. My igns that I use are Defame and Flinch on these two accounts, so I am confused as to the ban of these accounts. [/IMG]
yeah, i live in a house with 6 siblings. Also ive been traveling alot the past few weeks to see my cuzns/grandparents. Im actually on the other side of the country right now. Not sure if that information is relevant or not oh, and i was at the airport and using their wifi there, played royals during my layovers but yeah, I travel often and have lots of siblings lol. To answer your question, I play on my laptop most of the time and take it with me.
yeah, my brothers got into it after I did. I let one of them use my laptop often since he does not have his own but my half cousin also plays and I see him often enough to share internet
Can you please explain to me why there is a log of the character "DarkManuel" saying that that account was given away to the person playing it? This is account sharing/giving away and against the Terms and Conditions.
wait, so are you telling me I need to beat the little shits for getting me banned? LOL. My royals account on my laptop auto logs in, so basically they can log onto my two accounts if they wanted to, even though I tell them not to since I had a similar issue on a different server (which is one of the reasons I left it). I am sorry for having the rules broken, can I possibly just reset my passwords and not let them on? Also the characters that are mine are on the iWhiteBoy and recently made Entropy accounts. So any other characters could be either my brothers or possibly my cousins, I tend to not play with them that much though because they are younger and im generally busy with college/work. For me royals is a nice time to just relax and forget about college life stresses. I understand that rules are rules but id really rather not be banned because 1. Ill have to be pissy with my relatives lol and 2. Id probly quit the game because it took me so long to get to where im at on the game since I dont have alot of time to play due to school/work. Idk, let me know if there is something I can do. Also thank you for the quick response, ive been spamming refresh because I was freaking out about my accounts being banned since ive had a stressful day and wanted to scroll something and talk to my Acme guildies and possibly do my first boss run lol
I apologize for the late reply. Here's a list of things that cause me to not believe your story: The first post implies that the character DarkManuel wasn't yours. If it wasn't, then how would your login info being saved matter? There are five accounts registered to your IP, four of which have your birthday, one does not. That one is the one DarkManuel is on. You said that you're across the country right now. Our logs confirm that. All of your logs state your general location to be southwest USA (and currently the east coast). DarkManuel was played exclusively from Venezuela up until June 25th of this year. None of your other accounts were. Every one of your accounts lists a brief inactivity period during mid June. They all pick back up near the end of the month. Apart from DarkManuel, your highest level character is Defame. Defame was created on June 25th of this year. The logs state that whoever was on DarkManuel was given the account when the former owner quit. "yeah he quit, told me i can play his char" is the quote I'll give. Conclusion: you received the account that DarkManuel was on and you've been playing it for the last month and a half, using it to leech your new characters. Not only that, but your story implies that there are other people on your network that could also potentially be able to use that account. I'm sorry, but this seems pretty clear cut to me. You will not be unbanned.
