Solved [Solution Given] Unable to login to game and website

So I recently was lagged out of the game and couldn't log in anymore. It says that my character was either logged in or the server was under inspection. So I then went to the website. I tried to log in, but it said my username or password was wrong. I retyped the password at least ten times... and i use this password all the time! I can log into other accounts just fine just not the one I use on this computer.

Is your password over 12 characters long?

 

yes but it has been working for weeks already

 

Login at the control panel but only put in your passwords first 12 characters.

Then change it to a shorter one.

ok this worked so i can now log into the website... but when I try to log into the game it says that my account is logged in or the server is under inspection.

 

Login to the control panel and use the character fix.
