How much space do you have on your C: disk?

Try to manually install maplestory: http://royals.ms/forum/threads/manually-install-mapleroyals.19701/

What's happening is that the installer mapleroyals has, uses the system (usually C: ) drive to create back up files (copies of parts of itself) before attemping to install the game to the desired location.

So, you actually need a bit more than double the amount of disk space on your system drive if you are installing to your system drive. If you're not installing to your system drive, you still need about the amount of space it takes to install the game on your system drive.

    I hope that's clear enough.

So, try giving my guide a shot, if you don't have enough space on your system drive to hold those backup files the setup creates.
