As a warrior, I've been trying to find good female equipment, but I've come to realize that while male Neos equipment have accuracy the female version do not. I'm not certain about this, but as far as I've seen other jobs have the same stats on their items no matter what gender they are for. As you can see above, I decided to compare the Neos pants with their female equivalent, the differences are not only accuracy swapped for DEX but also that the Dark Lucida skirt requires fame while the Black Neos pants do not. Then we have the top, where we also lose out on accuracy and gain MP instead. Is this something that can be changed, or are we female warriors doomed to look for other alternatives to make up for our accuracy loss?
Imo female skirts are better because the acc doesn't matter much once you get equips like Zak helm and HTP, and the dex is better for Heros or Paladins that take the ST route because you need the dex for it.
Dex scores increase accuracy and avoidability. This is why a Dexless Sin would prefer Dex scores,though it SHOULD actually have an extra dex point, imo.
No matter personal preferance, I see no reason to why these items would be so different just because of gender, especially when I can't see any major differences in any of the other classes. I shouldn't have to choose to play as a male just because the items aren't equal.
From what I can see, the female ones have better stats. Accuracy eventually becomes irrelevant unless you are trying to kill the boss. I'm starting to regret not going female
I think this thread is going off-topic really fast. The question isn't which of the two genders has favorable equips (to ST users), but the question is to why there is a difference between genders when it comes to Warriors. If you compare to Archers, the lvl 100 overalls have the exact identical stats for both female and male, and then there's warrior. It just makes little sense to me to why they have to be so different. If you have an argument that follows up on that question then sure go for it, but there's no need here to compare male vs female equips for stonetooth heroes and paladins. You can make a different thread for that
Maybe it has something to do with less female warriors in game, compared to other jobs. And therefore the base stats are better, so that prices are lower slightly? Because they are easier to become equally good as the male variants. Idk about the fame though, this is probably just a flaw in the game? Normally all dark equips require 20 fame to wear.
