I got banned by accident a little while ago and now I can't log back into the game. It keeps saying that I'm already logged in. I tried logging in on the MapleRoyals website to hit the fix character button but it keeps telling me my username or password is incorrect even though I used the exact same username and password as my MapleRoyals account. I tried multiple times to make sure I didn't misspell anything. I then tried to change my password but that didn't help either. Wat do?
Maybe the new password is too many characters in length to fit in the maplestory password box? Try making it shorter possibly? Please try the web fixes again and update thread.
Oh yeah that's what I meant earlier, it won't let me sign in to the control panel. It's supposed to be the same username and password you would use to play the game, but it keeps telling me I've entered incorrect information...
That's right, the control panel on the website should be the same login as you use to get into the game. If you still can't figure it out, please PM me your account id, birthday and email and I will reset your password.
