Trying to make stormcaster gloves

So the materials needed are:
x1 Forging Manual
x5 Power Crystals
x3 Crystal Shards
x1 Dark Versal Materia

How can I get the crystal shards and DVM?

Don't buy it. Go to Omega Sector and collect 500 of Mateon's tentacles, then talk to Spindle. He will reward you with 500k exp, 5mil mesos, and one Dark Versal Matter. As far as the Crystal Shards, you'll need to use gachapon for them. I'd suggest the NLC gacha as it seems to be the best for iTCG.

 

Mushroom shrine is now basically the same as NLC (i believe from the drops i've been getting)

Where do you get the forging manual from?

 

I'm going to lock this since it's from pre wipe and no longer relevant... But to answer your question, you get then from NLC Gach.
