when i open the game, log in, choosin my channel and than clicking my character to get in the game the game close on me and its says: you have been disconected from the login server please try again later
its not about the charachter its about my computer bro... and i thinks its becouse my computer ip i banned after i resarch a bit about it and i dont know why its banned.. i never got banned and i played on this computer 4 days ago but know im banned..
not DC, crash the game is getting closed and yea it when im clicking on the character so and if you say its not ip ban what its is ? and where i need to fix it ?
It's potentially a MAC ban, but there are other things that can cause this issue. However, if Andreas says to post in the Character Issues section, please post there. Do you have any other siblings that play on the current computer you're trying to log onto?
yes i have my sister computer and if i try to play with the same account in her computer it does work.. so i dont think the problem its in my account i think its in my computer.. al tho i never got banned so im prrety confused
Reason why it's more suitable for Character Issues is because, in most cases where someone disconnects after selecting a character, the cause is often (though not always) a MAC ban. If it is a MAC ban, the issue is related to some account/character which consequently also affected that computer as well.
