Are you using any proxy/IP anonymization software? Such as Hotspot Shield? Or are you playing from a public network? If not, have you or any other siblings played on this server before?
I live in student accommodation, use the accommodation network. I think this might be a public network because everyone in this building use same wifi?
You're having the same issue as the original poster? *edit* I just noticed the numbers at the end of both user forum names. I'm assuming you're the same person?
Well, not that I'm lecturing you or anything, but just so you're aware, you're only allowed to have one forum account. Not a big deal, but letting you know that a staff member will have to merge your two accounts. Anyway, your issue could be caused from an IP ban on the network that you're using to play from. If that's the case, you'll have to have an administrator take a look at your case and decide the best course of action. In relation to this, keep in mind that it's always risky playing from a public network due to the fact that if one person gets banned on it, every account played on that network will also get banned.
