Client won't start properly

I downloaded the latetst setup.exe from your homepage/drive.
But after starting MapleRoyals.exe the screen turns black for a short while, then the game minimizes.
Trying to click on the game again, it maximizes, the screen turns black, and again, it minimizes.

I tried to reboot, but it does not helped.
I also used your troubleshooting guide.

 

Could be caused by your antivirus.

Also try to run the game in a compatibility.
Right click the client > properties > compatibility tab > choose run in compatibility for > select windows 98/Windows ME

 

nope. disabled antivirus > nothing. Selecte windows 98/me and even others > nothing. the new versions of maplestory work

 

New version?
You could try uninstall the game in the control panel then download the setup again.
