Hi, as I fulfilled my look, I'd like to improve my visuals a tad more by having the damage skins added. That would mean that if one would donate for those, it would mean that it would be visible to anyone. This feature is only used for visual purposes, that's why I think it's a nice little extra for those who like to improve their character looks a little more. Extra: As @danman already showed These are the possible skins. I don't want to discuss which ones. I think that's for the admins to decide. But I would like to suggest the ones that aren't too flashy. @Dimitri suggested me to update this thread, so here's the idea in a nutshell.
I doubt it would be considered, but even if: Can you elaborate on your suggestion? Would damage skins be visible by other players when you use them? Which damage skins did you have in mind? How would you be able to revert it back to the default damage skin if you don't like the one you've purchased? Suggestions are taken more serious if you put some effort into them. Since you've got something in mind it helps others visualize whether it's a good suggestion or not if you give some more details to it.
From a quick google search, I think he is referring to these: http://uni-wz.com/blog-entry-2272.html They were added in a patch at some point. I believe they were visible to other players. As for reverting back to default, I feel, if this was implemented, that that should be free considering it is the default and nothing special. As for my personal opinion, I don't care either way. It would be neat though.
If I remember correctly, there was an event where you got coins for doing event quest and stuff. The shop could buy damage skins or buy the normal default skin. But I think it should be free if this was implemented.
-1, in my opinion that ruins nostalgic, royals is doing well getting rid of the old annoying maplestory things made by Wizet/Nexon, I don't think things like that should be added. but if it is possible that's very impressive!
They could probably make it so you can't see it in the 3rd person. So the "nostalgia" argument is pretty much invalid.
