I've been searching at Pepe's for AGES now and haven't gotten a single one to drop...anybody want to share where they got there Red Katana?
Pretty sure that's the only non-boss mob that drops it aside from those little ghosts at mushroom shrine - but I don't think the ghosties have a very good spawn. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
According to bbb.hidden-street.net, you are correct...the drop rate must be horrendous then. I bought one in the meantime, suppose I'll try to boss for one later on :/
I hunted them at pepes and after about 4000 kills I probably found 5 or 6 red katanas u just have to be patient
Its probably due to the fact that I'm only 66, so I have no mobility or power haha. I bought a 99 att one for the meantime, I'll hunt for clean ones when I'm higher lvl.
Even though Nightghosts are supposed to drop Red Katanas, all drops from them are currently non-existant. They don't even drop their etc items.
The Red Katana droprate on pepes is good (I can say this after farming there for 30 hours and getting around 100 red katanas) But the thing I'm curious about is that the red katanas seem not able to get the "godly attribute", I haven't seen any Pepe RK get more than 88att yet I've got multiple 88att rks from pepes. I know for a fact that the boss RK's can get Godly attribute (saw one, and failed it.) And Yeah what ManSlut said, Nightghosts seem not to drop anything (except for dagger att 30%) They might just be missing the etc drops but I didn't try any further because I wanted to hear them being fixed before trying more. Tae Roon drops it too (the mu lung bear boss, also found in brand new monster galore summoning sack)
I bought one off of (Food), She may have more. I scrolled it +7 to 104atk and 9str. Good luck in your travels.
