    but what it is usage in rms right now

    it help in scrolling ? or weapon 110 maker or in what

    He's asking what the character stat "Hands" is used for, don't see why you'd need to google translate for that.
    Since we don't have the maker still, he wonders if the stat affects scrolling, equipment crafting through npc's or something else.

    As far as I can tell, the hands stat has no effect on anything currently in royals.
