    Having the aspects of the best era of Maplestory before it turned to trash and without the pay2win aspect the original has. It's so odd taking a look at gms or even a gms-like server and just seeing what a mess it is in comparison to the state of the game in Royals. There is a certain level of nostalgia to this server that reminds me of years ago but I prefer to make new memories with the incredible people on this server and I've been having a blast doing so!

    This is the best community in the entire history of MMOs.

    This is a pretty bold statement but here are some examples of extreme kindness that I have experienced;

    I've been given 50m for free by a bishop. I forgot his IGN but he quit and he was like godlike 1 hitting skeles.

    PalmTrees helped me do stance quest. She took 30 mins of her time to help me, a complete stranger.

    Arrowless gave me berserk 20 for free. Himeragi gave me a godly scrolled eclipse for free when I was lvl 80 and was desperate need of one. Mike the GM refunded me my weapon so I can continue grinding when I lost all my equips to a glitch.

    Inversion killed Crow for me when all himes channels were ravaged by Crows.

    Donger is the funniest person in the world.

    And countless more, I can't recall. BEST COMMUNITY OF ALL TIME.

    Hell I've not found a guild and my only experience with other people was someone giving me 25k or whatever it is to take the ship to Orbis, but just knowing there's people playing is awesome. I've tried loads of private servers for previous versions of games (not just Maplestory), but this is the only one where it feels properly like the old version instead of some watered down 'rush to end game ASAP and realise there's nobody to play with' type thing.

    This sums it up to me.
    Its really nice playing maple before big bang, before potential, before people easily did millions of damage.
    Its nice seeing low numbers from even godly gear players.
    Its a lot simplier and I really enjoy that from maple.
