    Okay so I think it was a bit of an over reaction by MIXTVPE to go and report this for me saying Fuck you to him, as well as an over reaction by John for banning me. Saying "Fuck you" to someone is hardly harassment. It wasn't a continuous offence, it was one time and for good reason. MIXTVPE kept saying RPQ 2 and I must've said me about 4-5 times before he just takes off without me and not even bothering to say sorry don't want you. Now at the same time I'd like to apologize to MIXTVPE for saying "Fuck you" as that was a bit rude, however to be banned for it I think is unfair.

    I don't see anything wrong with the ban. You specifically whispered to the person "FUCK YOU". The person was under no obligation to invite you to his party, he could have had his own reasons why he didn't want to invite you. You may think that he and John overreacted, but don't you think you were the one that overreacted? And you only asked him twice to add you to the party, not 4-5 times. There was no need to be so rude to the person whatsoever.

    Lol. Okay Matt. Saying Fuck You is hardly rude. He was taunting me on purpose by saying RPQ because he knew I wanted to join. Like if you honestly banned someone for cussing everytime it happened then there'd be nobody on this server. I never received a warning or anything I just think its out of hand to insta-ban me for doing someone so small.

    There are no warnings given. The Terms and Conditions are your warning and the penalties for rule violations are outlined there which you agreed to upon registration.

    "You should definitely post one though. Everyone I've talked to feels like they may have jumped the gun on this ban. Nothing offensive was stated, and the harassment was far from continuous. In addition, this doesn't seem completely one sided as OP had completely ignored Goofy, rather than telling him to stop at all." Other people think you're wrong. Your goal is not to find any reason to ban someone, but that's all you seem to know how to do.

    Our goal is to not find any reason to ban players, we don't go around banning anyone we see saying anything potentially vulgar. We received an abuse report, reviewed the evidence and found that there were grounds to ban the player in question.
    Whether or not I feel like the situation has been blown out of proportion is besides the point.

    So next time someone says something to me like "have a nice day" or something meant to be polite and I claim that it offended me then they get banned? Is that how it works?

    Like I was saying it in a joking manner but since he interpreted to be offensive I get banned? How is that fair?
