It is unlikely you are ip banned, at least you wouldn't be by accident, ip bans are very unusual. Can you try restart your computer and modem. You can't use hamachi, Hotspot shield, microsoft loopback adapter, those needs to be disabled. Also trying with a different computer or a different network will help to find what is more likely to cause this. Since you say you are ip banned are you aware of a ban on any of your accounts?
I'm not banned at all no, not using any VPNS or adapters. I was banned at one house and then was temporarily relocated to another. At the other house I was unbanned, so although my MAC address got unbanned, the IP never got unbanned from my original house where I was banned.
No listen, I got banned at the house I am currently at. Then my ban expired while I was at my other house so I was able to play over there. Now that I have arrived back here, my IP is still banned.
You will need to pm John and Katsuruka in the same pm your ip address and the relevant info so they know what the problem is.
Okay so now it looks like both my IP and MAC are banned. I was able to get passed the IP ban but then when I try to log in I get insta disconnected. Something is up.
I haven't been able to find any PM from you with your MAC and IP address. Please link this thread in your PM.
Hopefully fixed now! Hoping you won't get banned again, but if you have problems relating to unexpired bans in future, then Character Issues or Ban Appeal are probably the two best places to post for help =)
