    Use compatabilty mode Windows XP since you're in VISTA.

    Right click on your MapleRoyals icon.
    Click on the compabilty tab and select "Windows XP Service Pack 3.

    If that doesn't work, run setup.exe.

    If that doesn't work, re-install the game.
