Gonna take a shot here. It costs around 450-500 mil on average to make a similar one, but because of its limited niche and utility, along with the inherent risks of finishing the item, I'd price it around 400-450.
Its still got slots though, I was offered 1b for 22 mta 0 slots so I figured this should be around that price since it would only take 2 60%s out of 3 chances to succeed. (And still have the choice of 30ing it if they choose to)
Turns out they didn't know the price very well either haha, seems like 22 TMA dark noels are tough to sell since everyone's focused on getting gloves that can be used for HP washing as well.
