we haven't deleted character issue threads before (unless it was a duplicate) and i personally wouldn't see a reason to start now
Preferably we don't remove any threads no. It's just extra work for the GMs and we've already got plenty of stuff to do as it is.
Another thing that's important is to keep it logged how many refunds a player was actually eligible for in the very slim chance that any sort of abuse case arises (involving you or potentially even a GM) so that we do have something to refer to. I don't think we'll be deleting them, sorry.
