Disconnected?

I can't log in, I get auto disconnected at character screen?

 

It would help if you tell us your ingame character's name, and possibly elaborate on how you disconnect.

The reason you can't log in is because you appear to have been banned in march for mob vac.

 

I don't even remember hacking this game?

 

You got banned on the character called Cooken, you share the same MAC address and have similar account names.
Now you tried to come back to the game by changing your IP which allowed to you to make a character apparently, but after that you can't get further because the MAC ban still stops you.

 

I see, my internet was changed over so IP was changed. Wondering if there is anyway for an unban? as I literally don't remember ever hacking this game.

 

You can always attempt to make a ban appeal, but I doubt it will change much for mob vac bans.

 

I'll give it a shot, I don't even know how to hack maple lmao. Is there any chance you can unban me today? If not I understand, you got to leave the hackers banned right? Just crazy how I don't remember any of this....

It's as you've said, I can't unban you until proven innocent. If you're lucky we can still see the mob vac values of your autoban back then, but the ban happened a while ago so I'm not sure.

Anyway, good luck on your ban appeal!
