Installed latest version, no exacutible/launch for game found

I am trying to help a friend of my fix her game that would refuse to run after the latest patch update, once the new update was downloaded and installed there was no, launcher called maple royals with the leaf icon to start the game,

after attempting to transfer mine to her computer it was getting mysteriously deleted, and we are unable to solve how to allow her to launch the game please help.

 

What anti-virus is she using?

 

It was working just fine a few minutes ago then he helped me download a game

 

Well, what might have happened was you had an exception to the client on your anti-virus, but upon replacing it with the patch update installer, it might have removed that exception from the list.
