I was playing earlier, and everything was going fine, until I tried to enter into a portal, then my game crashed. When I tried to re-open it, the MapleRoyals icon was gone, and it said that several files were removed. So, I re-installed the client. Now, whenever I try to open it again, this message keeps popping up: Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software. I have not had this issue before, and it was perfectly fine until my game suddenly crashed. I have tried to turn off my firewall, yet nothing seems to work. What should I do?
What anti-virus are you using? Try adding the MapleRoyals folder to your anti-virus's exception list.
