Hi, after the server crashed which lasted for about a day, I can't seem to connect to the server using my home connection at all. Not even the website or the forums. I'm starting this thread using my phone data connection as of right now. I can surf the Internet just fine using my home connection but access to the Royals website, forums and game server has been an issue. I tried disabling my firewall and also rebooted my home connection but the problem still persists. Would appreciate it a lot if someone could help me out here. Thank you!
Well it's quite possible you are still having some DNS problems. Only tips I can give is try this http://www.wikihow.com/Flush-DNS I believe there isn't much you can do other than waiting and it should solve itself.

Yo, it has been more than a day and the problem has not been resolved. Do i continue waiting or am i like banned or something?
Also, is using a proxy allowed? That could be the only way out for me if the problem still persists. Thanks once again!
As of just now I've been able to access both the game and the site/forums again. Maybe it started working for you as well @muthumuthu
@muthumuthu - you don't appear to be banned in any way. I'm really not sure what's causing this, I'm sorry.

You can't access the website or forums from your computer at all, right? What error message do you get when you try to login to the game server?
I can only access the website and forums through the use of a proxy, otherwise im on my mobile data connection. The error message states that the server could be undergoing a server check/asking me to check my firewall settings etc etc
It sounds very much to me as though you still have a dns propagation issue =( Try flushing your dns once more, and if that doesn't help, you may need to wait - I'm sorry. I've checked to make sure that you're not on our list of discouraged/banned ip addresses for the forum and you aren't.
