You might want to explain to us how you managed to do 199999 on Stump at level 13. On the other hand, you might want to accept that this damage is not legitimate and that your ban will remain.

There's nothing for us to think about, you either used hacks or different WZ files to deal that damage which both warrant a permanent ban.
