    haven't used it much myself but from what i've seen you post an item here that you think has high value.
    if you want to sell stuff you need to make a thread in the selling section. usually people post an item with S/B, C/O and A/W.

    S/B means starting bid
    C/O means current highest offer
    A/W means autowin; the amount of money you'd wish to sell the item for
